I couldn’t find clear compliance details anywhere, which made me really uncomfortable. I don’t want to have to do a bunch of extra research just to feel like something is legally safe to use

The staff do seem to know the products and they answered my questions confidently, which I appreciated. But it didn’t really match the “super helpful service” vibe they seem to promise. A few responses were kind of short, and I had to ask twice just to get the details I needed. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I expected a bit more effort.

I’ve paid more for similar stuff in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised by how fair the prices felt here. The value was better than I expected, and I’d say it was worth it.

Reordering was annoying. I had to enter my details all over again every time, which made the whole process feel unreliable. After a while, it just made me lose trust that the site actually remembers or handles things properly.

I thought the quality was decent, and the purity seemed fine too!! That said, it didn’t feel super consistent from batch to batch, which was a little annoying... Shipping was okay, nothing terrible, but nothing amazing either!!!
